Do I need to sort the laundry first?

No — drop everything into one bag. If lights and darks need to wash separately we'll handle it at pickup (it may count as separate loads, and we tell you upfront).

How fast do I get it back?

Most pickups are returned within 24–48 hours depending on suburb and load size. Lock in a regular schedule (weekly, twice-weekly, or daily for high-volume gyms) and we keep the slot.

What times do you pick up and deliver?

Pick the window that suits when you book: daytime (9am–3pm) or evening (5pm–8pm), Monday to Friday. You choose a window rather than an exact minute — Bruce calls to confirm every booking and settles the details with you.

Do you handle salon towels and gym towels?

Yes — salon towels, capes, gowns, gym member towels, sweat towels, treatment-room linens, sheets, robes, and uniforms. Heavy-volume gym pickups are a regular part of our work.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — 2 loads is the minimum booking, flat $60 + GST. Each additional load is $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg. First-time customers get $20 off — mention it when booking.

Do I need to be home or onsite for pickup?

For most business pickups we collect from an agreed safe spot, use a key, or meet a staff member at reception — no need for anyone to wait around. For residential pickups, ideally you're home, but unattended pickup is fine if the bag is in an agreed spot. Just flag the access arrangement in your booking notes.

No contract. Book one-off, weekly, twice-weekly, or daily — whatever suits. Cancel or change a schedule any time by texting 0468 097 087.

Inner Brisbane and surrounds — Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead, South Brisbane, West End, CBD, Spring Hill, Bowen Hills, Hamilton and the wider Brisbane area. If you're outside this list, ask — we may still cover you.

Flat rate for the first two loads combined, then a fixed per-load price. Pickup and delivery are free across Brisbane, and an automatic 5% volume discount kicks in on pickups over $100 (10% over $200).
