You walk past the laundry room to grab the headband stack and realise — the load you put on Sunday night never spun. Cold water, wet linen. Headbands and treatment-room sheets sitting damp in the drum. The 10:30 and 11:30 clients arrive in forty minutes.
You can re-wash now and have everything dry by 1pm — but that doesn't help the morning bookings. Your options are: turn the 10:30 client away, ask her to wait, use yesterday's used linen (the hygiene line you don't cross), or send your therapist to a laundromat with treatment sheets in tow.
Why it never happens with us: A twice-weekly pickup means your linen lives outside the room where Sunday-night mistakes can happen. Clean folded sheets and headbands arrive the morning you need them — and the dirty load from Saturday already left with the previous pickup. No domestic-washing-machine mystery cycles, no first-client-of-the-week scramble.
Treatment-room flat sheets and fitted sheets, face cradle covers, body wraps, hot stone wraps, exfoliation mitts, robes, slippers (where machine washable), hand towels, body towels, and uniform linens. If it runs through a treatment room, it goes in the load.
Loads requiring separation — light robes kept away from darker treatment linens, for instance — count as separate loads and are clearly priced before you book.
Linen is one of the most touched, smelled, and noticed parts of a spa visit. A guest will forgive a lot, but stiff towels and dingy robes break the experience. Professional washing keeps the fabric softer for longer, lifts oil and product residue properly, and dries linens evenly so they don't develop that home-dryer mustiness.
Operationally, every load your team doesn't run is time back at reception, in retail, or with a guest. For a small spa with 30+ treatments a week, that's the equivalent of an extra half-day of staff capacity recovered.
Book a pickup on the home page. Choose date, time, and load count — we recommend two scheduled pickups per week for spas, but ad-hoc works too. First 2 loads is $60 + GST flat, additional loads are $25 + GST each. Free pickup and delivery is included.
For specialty items like silk robes, embroidered uniforms, or high-end imported linens, get in touch for a custom per-item quote.
