About Teneriffe
Teneriffe's (4005) commercial mix leans modern: boutique fitness, beauty and aesthetics clinics, day spas, plus a heavy concentration of short-stay accommodation that needs linen and towel turnaround between guests.
Short-stay and Airbnb operators in the Teneriffe wool stores are a natural fit — fast linen turnaround between guests, no in-house laundry needed, and a flat predictable cost per booking. For a typical 1- to 2-bedroom short stay, the full changeover usually runs 4-5 loads with a complete guest set ($121-$148.50 inc GST per changeover).
For beauty clinics, day spas and fitness studios, regular scheduled pickups are the right fit. Twice weekly is common; lock in your slot and we keep it. Free pickup and delivery is included — you only pay for the wash.

Towels, robes, sheets, aprons and uniforms collected on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, washed, dried, folded and delivered back ready to use. Teneriffe households get the same free pickup and flat per-load pricing.

Looking for a laundromat in Teneriffe? The wool stores are gorgeous but they were built without laundries, and the nearest laundromat means a Vernon Terrace round trip you don't have time for. The Washing Club collects from your apartment door, professionally washes everything, and returns it folded. Most Teneriffe households fit into the minimum 2-load booking.
