In-house gym laundry hits two walls fast. First: domestic and even commercial-rated home machines aren't designed for the towel volume a busy gym produces — they break down, take forever to cycle, and end up costing more in maintenance than the laundry would have. Second: someone has to run them. That's reception staff, a manager, or a contractor doing laundry instead of greeting members, taking class bookings, or selling memberships.
Outsourcing turns a recurring operational drag into a scheduled pickup. Towels arrive folded, ready to stock the shelves and the change rooms. Your front desk goes back to doing what front desk should be doing.
Most gyms find a regular daily or twice-weekly pickup works best. Book a pickup on the home page, choose your slot, and lock in your schedule. First 2 loads is a flat $60 + GST, each additional load is $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg of towels.
