Weekly laundry service in Brisbane: what it costs

The short answer

A weekly laundry pickup with The Washing Club starts at $66 inc GST for 2 loads. Each extra load is $27.50 inc GST. Pickup and delivery are free, and there's no contract.

One load is up to 5kg — roughly a full home washing machine.

Weekly price by number of loads

• 2 loads — $66 a week (about $3,432 a year)
• 3 loads — $93.50 a week (about $4,862 a year)
• 4 loads — $121 a week (about $6,292 a year)
• 5 loads — $148.50 a week (about $7,722 a year)
• 6 loads — $176 a week (about $9,152 a year)

All prices include GST. The price doesn't change with the size of your house or the suburb you live in.

How many loads will you have?

Count how many times you run your own machine in a normal week. That's usually close to your load count with us.

A single person or couple often lands at 2 loads. A family with kids, school uniforms, sports gear and towels usually needs more. If you're not sure, book 2 loads — we confirm the count at pickup, so you only pay for what we wash.

Not every week? Go fortnightly

If 2 loads a week is more than you have, a fortnightly pickup works too. 2 loads every fortnight is $66, or about $1,716 a year.

If you only have one small load every couple of weeks, honestly — keep doing it yourself. Our minimum is 2 loads, and it won't be worth it for you.

What you get for it

• Contactless pickup — leave the bag out, you don't need to be home
• A text when we collect, and a photo when we drop off
• Usually back the next business day
• Washed, fully dried and folded — no damp towels in a Brisbane summer
• The same pickup day each week, so you stop thinking about it

Try one week first

New customers get their first 2 loads for $33. Have a 3-load first week? That's $60.50.
