Laundry pickup & delivery in Sherwood
Sherwood's the inner-southwest's best-kept-secret suburb — Brisbane Boys' College on the high side, the Sherwood Arboretum and the river bend on the low side, and Sherwood Road village in between holding it all together with cafes, salons, and small allied-health rooms. The Washing Club picks up across the suburb: character-home families running BBC and Indooroopilly State High uniforms, salons on the village strip, and home-based businesses tucked into the back streets.

About Sherwood
Sherwood (4075) is established character-home inner-southwest — heritage Queenslanders, big tree-lined blocks, Brisbane Boys' College catchment on the hill side, Indooroopilly State High catchment too. Sherwood Road village handles the local commercial spine (cafes, hair and beauty salons, allied-health rooms, a couple of restaurants), the Sherwood Arboretum sits between the suburb and the river, and the train line straight through to the CBD via Indooroopilly.
Sherwood Road village salons book weekly pickup — Tuesday and Friday are the most popular slots for hair and beauty. Allied-health rooms on the village strip (physio, podiatry, psychology) book treatment-linen on a weekly schedule. The smaller operators often fit in 2-3 loads; bigger salons hit 4-5 loads ($121–$148.50 inc GST per pickup).
Brisbane Boys' College and Indooroopilly State High catchment families book weekly residential slots — uniforms across two schools, sports kit running every weekend, family bed linen and towels. Most weeks land at 4-5 loads. Smaller households or fortnightly bookings often fit in 2-3 loads ($66-$93.50 inc). Free pickup and delivery, no contract.

Sherwood Road has a couple of laundromats but neither is what you'd want for salon towels, treatment-room linen, or a real family week's washing. The Washing Club is the proper-outsource option: collected from your shop or your front porch, washed at proper commercial temperatures, returned folded — and free pickup means the cost is just the wash.
