About Coorparoo
Coorparoo (4151) is one of inner-east Brisbane's older and busier mixed suburbs — Old Cleveland Road and Cavendish Road handle the commercial spine (hair and beauty salons, allied health, gym chains, dental practices), Coorparoo Square handles the modern apartment-and-retail precinct, and the character Queenslander streets behind Coorparoo State School fill in the residential side. Whites Hill Reserve and Coorparoo Bowls Club anchor the local-life side of the suburb.
Coorparoo Square apartment residents make up a steady chunk of our residential bookings here — pickup is genuinely concierge-to-concierge. Leave the bag at the front desk in the morning, get it back folded by end of trade the next day. Most apartment households fit comfortably in 3-4 loads weekly. Salons on Old Cleveland Road and Cavendish Road typically book Tuesday-and-Friday slots; the allied-health clinics near the square run weekly treatment-linen pickups.
Character-home families on the Whites Hill side of the suburb book weekly residential slots — most family weeks land at 4-5 loads ($121–$148.50 inc GST per pickup). Smaller households or fortnightly bookings often sit at 2-3 loads ($66-$93.50 inc). Pickup and delivery are always free across Coorparoo — Old Cleveland Road traffic stops being your problem the moment we collect.

There used to be a couple of laundromats along Old Cleveland Road and a few stragglers near Whites Hill. The parking situation, the queue at the dryers, and the fact you're carrying two big bags through Old Cleveland Road traffic both ways — it isn't worth it. The Washing Club is the alternative most Coorparoo locals settle on once they've done a laundromat run or two: pickup from your salon chair, your apartment lobby, or your front porch, washed at proper commercial temperatures, dropped back folded.
