Laundry help for new parents in Brisbane

More washing, less time

Every new parent learns this fast: a baby creates a surprising amount of laundry. Bibs, wraps, sleepsuits, burp cloths, cot sheets — plus your own clothes and towels.

And it arrives at exactly the time you have the least energy to deal with it.

How a laundry pickup helps

• You don't leave the house. Put the bag at the front door. We collect it — you don't even need to answer the door.
• It comes back folded. Washed, fully dried and folded, ready to put away. Usually the next business day.
• You get a text and a photo. We message you when we collect, and send a photo when it's back at your door.

Gentle on baby's skin

We use a fragrance-free, sensitive-skin detergent as standard. If you'd like anything else — no fabric softener, a separate wash for baby clothes — tell us when you book and we'll do it the same way every time.

Cloth nappies? We can wash them, kept separate. Soiled nappies count as a biohazard, so a hygiene fee applies — one extra load ($27.50 inc GST) for each machine used, so we can sanitise the machine. Tell us when you book.

What it costs

• First 2 loads: $66 inc GST (the minimum booking)
• Each extra load: $27.50 inc GST
• Free pickup and delivery, no contract

One load is up to 5kg. A weekly pickup of 4 or 5 loads is $121 to $148.50 a week. See weekly laundry costs for the full table.

A useful gift

Friends and family often ask what a new parent actually needs. A few weeks of laundry pickup is one of the most useful answers. Text 0468 097 087 and we'll help you set it up.

Try it once

New customers get their first 2 loads for $33. Book your first pickup — leave the bag out, and get part of your week back.
