Most of our regular pickups are in Ascot, Clayfield, Nundah, Wooloowin and Kalinga. Because so many of our customers are here, fitting in your pickup is easy — and if you're in a neighbouring suburb, we're already close by.

Northside households send us the everyday pile: clothes, school uniforms, sports gear, towels, sheets and doonas. Most leave the bag at the front door — you don't need to be home. We text when we collect, and send a photo when it's back at your door.

- How fast do I get my laundry back?
- We aim for the next business day, and most orders come back then. Very large orders take longer — we'll tell you up front.
- How much does it cost?
- $66 including GST for the first 2 loads (the minimum booking), then $27.50 for each extra load of up to 5kg. New customers get their first 2 loads for $33.
- Do you do both households and businesses on the Northside?
- Yes — our Northside customers are a mix of both. Same flat per-load pricing for everyone, and no contract.
