- How much is it?
- Your first order is $33 for 2 loads (up to about 10kg), washed, dried, folded and delivered — normally $66. After that it's $66 for the first 2 loads and $27.50 per extra load. Free pickup and delivery. No subscription.
- When do you pick up?
- We collect from your door between 5 and 8pm on the weekday you choose. When you request a pickup we text you to confirm the exact time — it's a request, and a real person reviews every one.
- What can I send?
- Everyday washing — towels, sheets, clothes. Just tell us roughly how many loads and any instructions when you book. Ironing is available as an add-on by request.
- Do I pay now?
- No. There's no payment when you request your pickup. We confirm the time, collect and wash your laundry, then send your invoice. Payment is due before we deliver it back.
- Do you provide a laundry bag?
- Set up a regular pickup and we'll give you a free reusable Washing Club laundry bag — just ask when you book.
- What if I'm not happy?
- If your laundry isn't returned clean, dry and neatly folded, we'll rewash it free. That's on top of your normal consumer rights.
- Which suburbs do you cover?
