What "wash, dry and fold" actually means

It's the simplest laundry service there is. You hand over a bag of dirty washing. It comes back clean, dry and folded, ready to go in the cupboard.

No ironing, no dry cleaning, no sorting by family member. Just the part of laundry that eats your weekend — washing, drying, folding — done for you.

How it works with us

• You book a weekday and a pickup window — daytime 9am to 3pm, or evening 5 to 8pm
• You leave your bag at the front door, or wherever we agree
• We collect it, wash it, dry it and fold it
• We bring it back to your door

You don't need to be home for either trip. Most of our regulars never see us. The bag goes out, the bag comes back folded.

What it costs in Brisbane

Our pricing is flat and includes GST:

• First 2 loads: $66 — this is the minimum booking
• Each extra load: $27.50
• One load is up to 5kg — roughly a full household machine
• Pickup and delivery are free

So 3 loads is $93.50, 4 loads is $121, and 5 loads is $148.50.

New customers get their first 2 loads for $33 — the second load is free. It's the cheapest way to find out whether this suits your household.

There's nothing to pay when you book. We invoice after pickup, and payment is due before your laundry is delivered back.

What comes back folded

• Sheets folded by size and stacked
• Towels folded and stacked
• Clothes folded into rough groups
• Socks paired, underwear folded

What we don't do

We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later:

• We don't iron. A few regulars get the odd shirt pressed, but it's not a service we sell.
• We don't dry clean. Machine washing only. Suits and evening dresses need a dry cleaner.
• We don't promise stain removal. We'll give it a proper go, and we can add oxy bleach on request, but not every stain comes out.

The detergent question

We use a fragrance-free, sensitive-skin detergent as standard. If your household needs a specific brand, leave it with your bag and we'll use yours. No extra charge.

Is it worth it?

Honestly, it depends what your time is worth to you. A household doing 4 or 5 loads a week usually loses 5 to 7 hours to laundry. If you'd rather have those hours back, a wash, dry and fold service is the most direct way to buy them.
