Why it never happens with us: Lock in twice-daily pickup with us during peak event weeks. Saturday's sheets are back washed and folded by Friday afternoon. Reception takes the upgrade booking with a clear shelf to back it up.

What we wash for hotels and serviced accommodation

Bed linen (flat and fitted sheets, pillowcases, doonas where machine-washable), bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats, robes, slippers (machine-washable only), and uniforms. Folded to your in-house spec — flag preferences once and we lock them in.

We're not the right fit for industrial-volume operations (the 300+ room CBD towers) — those need a dedicated commercial laundry plant. We're built for boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and properties in the 10–50 room range where flexibility matters more than scale.

How hotel scheduling works

Most hotel customers run a regular daily or twice-daily pickup. Event weeks (Brisbane Festival, Stradbroke season, Magic Millions, conference cycles) get a priority schedule we lock in advance so you're not chasing surge capacity from a competitor at the last minute.

Pickup is usually from a back-of-house loading area. We work around housekeeping schedules — flag your turnover window and we coordinate around it.

Pricing and booking

Same per-load pricing as our other commercial segments — $60 + GST flat for the first 2 loads, $25 + GST per additional. One load is up to 5kg. Free pickup and delivery across our Brisbane service area.

Yes. Flag your fold preferences (sheets folded a particular way, robes hung separately, towels stacked by size) once and we lock them in so every pickup comes back consistent.
What happens during peak event weeks?
Lock in priority slots in advance — Brisbane Festival, Stradbroke, Magic Millions, the racing carnival. We schedule around your event-week occupancy spike so you're not competing for surge capacity at the last minute.
