What we wash for hospitality kitchens
Tea towels, bar mops, kitchen rags, server aprons, chef whites and pants, server uniforms, polo shirts, tablecloths, napkins, bench cloths. Anything machine-washable that runs through your front-of-house or back-of-house operation.
Heavily-stained kitchen rags and aprons need high-temperature cycles and proper grease-cutting detergents. We use both. Cold-water domestic cycles leave grease film that builds up over time and turns whites yellow — proper commercial cycles avoid that and extend the linen's working life.
