If you need laundry back quickly, it's the same simple request — you just flag that it's urgent:

1. Send a request — use the booking form on our website or text 0468 097 087, pick a day, and tell us it's urgent and when you need it back.

2. Bruce confirms the timing — he reviews your request and confirms the fastest turnaround he can manage for your suburb, the day, and how much there is. We don't quote a fixed same-day cutoff, because honest timing depends on the run.

3. We collect, wash, dry and fold — your laundry is professionally machine-washed, dried, and neatly folded.

4. Back to your door — returned to the same address in the window Bruce confirmed with you.

Sometimes — but we won't promise it sight unseen. Same-day or next-day can be possible depending on your suburb, the day of the week, and how much there is. Rather than advertise a cutoff we can't guarantee for every booking, Bruce confirms what's actually achievable once he sees your request.

If a guaranteed, predictable turnaround is critical for your business, a regular recurring slot is the most reliable option — lock one in and we keep it.

We don't do dry cleaning or dry-clean-only items, and we don't make stain-removal guarantees. Flag anything unusual or heavily soiled in your booking notes and Bruce will confirm whether we can handle it.

Urgent pickups use the same simple pricing as every booking: a flat $60 + GST for the first 2 loads (the minimum), then $25 + GST for each additional load. One load is up to 5kg, and pickup and delivery are free.

There's no separate same-day or priority fee — you pay the standard wash price, and Bruce simply confirms the turnaround he can do. New customers get $20 off their first pickup — just mention it when you book.
