You walk to the reformer to grab a clean cover and realise the stack is half what you need. You loaded the dryer last night but never pressed start — the covers are sitting damp in the drum. Six clients arrive at 10. Three of them are going to be on covers from yesterday's last class.
You can run the dryer cycle now but it won't finish before class. You can use the damp ones and hope nobody notices the slight chill on the towel. You can apologise and ask the 10am group to be flexible. None of it is the experience you charge $35 a class for.
Why it never happens with us: A weekly or twice-weekly pickup means your cover stack is always full at class time. No domestic-dryer gambles, no forgot-to-press-start moments. The covers arrive folded and ready, you focus on the teaching, the 10am class walks in to a fresh reformer.
Hand towels, headbands, reformer covers, cadillac and tower covers, bolster covers, blanket props, mat covers, eye pillows (where machine-washable), and instructor uniforms. Anything machine-washable that runs through a class day goes in the load.
Cover linens between classes are the high-volume item — we batch and turn them around fast so the next class walks into a fresh set, not yesterday's.
Small studio footprints don't have room for industrial machines. Domestic machines burn through covers fast (3 months and they look thin) and tie up class breaks with cycle times that don't fit between sessions.
Outsourcing to a regular weekly or twice-weekly pickup converts the linen problem into something that runs in the background. Your instructors stay teaching, your reception stays at reception, and the linen stays fresh.
Book online and choose your day. Minimum 2 loads at $60 + GST flat. Each additional load $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg. Pickup and delivery are free across Brisbane.
Most small studios fit inside the 2-load weekly minimum. Busy studios (3+ instructors, daily classes, hot yoga) typically book twice-weekly or 4-load weekly pickups.
First 2 loads is a flat $60 + GST — the minimum booking. Free pickup and delivery, you only pay for the wash.
