For massage clinics

Treatment linen washed properly, returned ready for your next client

Massage clinics live and die by clean treatment linen. The Washing Club picks up your clinic's sheets, face cradle covers, hot towels and uniforms, washes them at clinical-grade standards (correct temperature, correct detergent for oil residue), and returns them folded — so your therapists stay with clients instead of running loads between sessions.

  • Free pickup and delivery across Brisbane
  • Treatment-table sheets, face cradle covers, hot towels, hand towels, robes
  • Oil-residue and lotion-stained linens handled with appropriate cycles
  • Schedule daily, twice weekly or weekly — built around your booking volume
  • Pay only for the wash. GST shown clearly before booking.

Sound familiar?

It's 11am Wednesday. Three remedials booked from 12.

You walk to the linen cupboard to grab a fresh set of treatment sheets and realise yesterday's dirty pile is still in the washing machine — the breaker tripped overnight and the cycle never finished. The sheets are damp, smelling slightly off, definitely unusable for today.

You can re-wash now but they won't be ready before the 12pm. You can call and reschedule three back-to-back 90-minute remedials — losing $400+ in revenue and a frustrated regular. Or you can drive to Kmart at 11:15am to panic-buy a sheet set you can't bill back.

Why it never happens with us: A twice-weekly pickup means your treatment linen lives in a managed rotation, not on a single overnight cycle that can fail. The right number of clean folded sheets arrive; the dirty ones leave with the pickup driver. Tripped breakers happen — but they stop being a $400 problem.

What we wash for massage clinics

Flat sheets, fitted sheets, face cradle covers, hand towels, body towels, hot towels, bolster covers, robes, uniforms. If a client lies on it, sits in it, or wears it during a treatment, it goes in the load.

Oil-stained and lotion-treated linens need higher-temperature cycles and appropriate detergent strength to actually clean — not just rinse. Domestic machines on cold cycles leave a film build-up that ruins towels within months. We handle the right cycle for oil-residue linen without you having to ask.

Why massage clinics outsource

Between-client turnaround is tight. Therapists running washing in the back room are therapists not treating, not greeting, not booking the next appointment. The maths almost always works out in favour of outsourcing once you cost the therapist time honestly.

Linen lifespan is the second reason. Commercial-grade washing extends treatment-linen life meaningfully — towels stay soft and absorbent instead of stiffening up from oil residue. You replace linen less often, which usually pays for the laundry service on its own.

How booking works

Most clinics book weekly or twice-weekly pickup. Sole-traders running from home book the same per-load pricing — no commercial minimum, no household premium.

First 2 loads is a flat $60 + GST. Each additional load $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg. Free pickup and delivery across Brisbane.

Frequently asked

Do you handle oil-soaked sheets without issues?
Yes — that's standard for massage clinic work. We use the right wash temperature and detergent for oil-residue linen so it actually cleans, not just rinses.
Can I leave clean and soiled linen separated?
Yes — that's recommended. A covered laundry bin for soiled linen is best practice and makes pickup fast and hygienic.
What about sole traders working from home?
Same per-load pricing. No commercial minimum, no household premium. Book a regular weekly slot or as-needed.
