1. Set up an account — send a request through the booking form on our website or text 0468 097 087, and we'll agree on a pickup schedule that fits your operation.

2. We collect from your premises — on your agreed day we collect from reception, an agreed safe spot, or a staff member, so no one has to wait around. Our standard pickup and delivery window is 5pm–8pm, Monday to Friday; daytime business-hours pickups are available on request.

3. Wash, dry and fold — your items are professionally machine-washed at the right temperature for the fabric, dried, and neatly folded, ready to go straight back into service.

4. Delivered back to your door — we return everything to your premises. Bruce confirms the turnaround that suits your account when he sets up your schedule, and once a regular slot is locked in we keep it.

Commercial laundry is priced the same simple way as every Washing Club booking: a flat $60 + GST for the first 2 loads (the minimum booking), then $25 + GST for each additional load. One load is up to 5kg, and pickup and delivery are always free.

There are no lock-in contracts — you can scale up or down as your needs change. For higher-volume sites, recurring schedules, or specialty items, Bruce can arrange custom or per-item pricing directly.

Common schedules are weekly or twice-weekly for salons, spas, and clinics, and daily or twice-weekly for high-volume gyms. We collect Monday to Friday in a standard 5pm–8pm window, and confirm your collection and delivery by text so your team always knows when to expect us.
