Your ten-year-old appears at the kitchen door holding a muddy soccer jersey. "I have a game tomorrow morning. Mum said you'd wash it." Game's at 8am. Washing machine is already full of Tuesday's load nobody hung out, which now smells slightly damp because it sat there all day.
You can stay up until 10:30pm rewashing and hanging it on the line in the dark. You can wash it at 6am tomorrow but it won't be dry by 8. You can hand-wash the jersey alone in cold water and pray it dries on the heater overnight. None of these are the evening you wanted.
Why it never happens with us: A regular weekly pickup means there's always a fresh stack on the shelf when these moments hit. The jersey-night-before crisis stops being a crisis because there's a clean uniform already folded in the drawer. Wednesday night you actually get to sit down.

Same pricing as commercial — no household premium. Most households fit comfortably in the 2-load minimum on a weekly pickup. Single people often fit in fortnightly. Big after-holiday catch-up loads go to 4–5 loads.
Book on the home page. First 2 loads is a flat $60 + GST. Each additional load $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg.
